At RUSH, we are constantly striving to provide a quality volleyball experience through high level training and guidance for players of all skill levels. In 2025, RUSH fielded 16 boys teams across Arizona, 5 of which represented at National Championships, and 2026 - 2027 is looking to be even better. Join in and let's grow the community together!

Location: Arizona Athletic Grounds

During the parent meeting, we'll cover everything you need to know about the upcoming season, including:

• Club expectations and culture
• Team structure and season overview
• Practice schedules and tournament information
• Communication and Crossbar
• Questions and answers with the Rush staff

Following our Open Gyms, we'll transition into the Arizona Region's official Open House period. These sessions are designed to give athletes and families the opportunity to meet our coaching staff, experience our training environment, and learn more about what it means to be part of the Rush family.

We know this can be confusing, so here's a quick explanation of the Arizona Region of USA Volleyball guidelines.

Open gyms are informal practice sessions designed to help athletes:

• Get extra touches on the ball
• Compete in a fun, low-pressure environment
• Meet coaches and other players
• Prepare for the upcoming season

Open gyms are held before the official Open House and Tryout windows. They are not evaluations, and no team commitments or offers are made during these sessions.

Open Houses are part of the official Arizona Region-regulated period immediately before tryouts.

During this time:

• Clubs may host a maximum of three Open House sessions per age group.
• Each session is limited to 2–3 hours.
• Athletes are encouraged to visit multiple clubs to experience different coaching staffs, training environments, and club cultures before making a decision.

Arizona Region rules also prohibit clubs from:

• Holding additional open gyms during the Open House period.
• Offering private lessons outside the approved window.
• Requiring athletes to attend multiple sessions.
• Requesting money or team commitments before the official tryout dates.

Location: Arizona Athletic Grounds

We have the facility reserved from 7:00 AM–2:00 PM, and athletes will be assigned an age-specific tryout time within that window. We are currently finalizing the schedule and will publish exact times for each age group as soon as they are confirmed.

Registration Fee: $45 per athlete

Once registered, families will receive an email with their athlete's assigned tryout time when the schedule is finalized.
