We want to ensure your questions and concerns are addressed quickly and by the right person. Please follow the guidelines below to know who to contact and when.

We believe in direct, respectful communication and following a clear process:

1. Player → Coach (Athlete speaks directly to the coach)
2. If Needed: Player & Parents → Coach (joint discussion)
3. If Needed: Player, Parents, Coach → Regional Director (group discussion)

Important:

• The 24-Hour Rule applies: Parents cannot approach a coach or director with concerns about playing time within 24 hours after a tournament.
• Exceptions: Emergency situations such as safety concerns may be addressed immediately.
• This policy allows time for emotions to settle so discussions can be productive and objective.
