Rush Volleyball’s 14U Elite Training Program is designed for athletes who want the structure, intensity, and high-level training of a club volleyball program without the weekend tournament commitment.

Athletes in the program will train alongside our 14U club team, participating in the same practices and receiving instruction from the Rush coaching staff. This gives athletes the opportunity to develop their skills in a competitive team environment, get consistent high-level reps, and continue progressing without committing to tournament weekends or a full club season.

Training Options

Athletes can choose the training commitment that works best for their schedule:

• 2 Weeks at $100: 4 training sessions (Sept. 8-17, Sept. 15-24, Oct. 6-15, Oct. 20-29, etc.)
• 1 Month at $175: 8 training sessions (September, October, November)
• 2 Months at $325: 16 training sessions (September & October, October & November)

*Practice times are generally 7:00–9:00 PM but are subject to occasional changes based on court availability.*

The 14U Elite Training Program is training only. Athletes will practice with the Rush 14U club team but will not participate in tournaments or competition dates.

This is a great option for athletes looking for serious, consistent volleyball development while keeping their weekends free.
